Jamie Kennedy slams left-wing hypocrisy in podcast

Comedian and actor Jamie Kennedy has spoken out about the current state of comedy in America, criticizing what he sees as hypocrisy and double standards in the way people respond to differing opinions.

In a recent episode of his podcast "Hate to Break It to Ya," Kennedy discussed the highly polarized political landscape and the public's reaction to the COVID-19 pandemic. He noted that when he expresses support for certain policies, such as border security, he is often called a "maggot" by those who disagree with him.

Kennedy argued that this kind of labeling is unfair and stifles open-minded discussion. He claimed that people on the left are often unwilling to listen to opposing viewpoints or engage in constructive dialogue. "How can you say that you're the party of inclusion when you don't include us?" he asked.

The comedian also spoke about his own experiences with censorship during the pandemic, including a comedy set he performed in a parking lot to raise money for a struggling bar. He claimed that while his event was nearly shut down by authorities, a nearby film crew was allowed to shoot without issue because it had been sanctioned by the state.

Kennedy criticized what he sees as the double standards and hypocrisy of those who claim to be champions of inclusion but are unwilling to engage with opposing viewpoints or allow others to express themselves freely. He argued that this kind of behavior is not only unfair, but also damaging to society as a whole.

In discussing the recent murder of Charlie Kirk, Kennedy expressed his outrage at those who celebrated the death and seemed to take pleasure in it. "These are the people that want all the inclusion and say that we're not," he said. "No, we just know your bulls—. You just want what you want, and if you don't get it, 'it's my ball, and my that, I'm going home,' but you don't just go home, you burn ours down."
