Brooks Koepka finished his first year back on the PGA Tour with a disappointing performance after missing the FedExCup Playoffs.

Koepka's final round at the Wyndham Championship resulted in a 3-under-par score, which gave him a tied-67th finish and left him 19 strokes behind the winner. This finish put Koepka in 94th place on the FedExCup standings list, failing to qualify for the St. Jude Championship that begins next week.

In an interview after his final round, Koepka was candid about his performance this year. "I think it's pretty pathetic that I can't get through," he said. He also expressed disappointment with his lack of top-10 finishes in recent years, stating that he feels as good as he thinks he is and that not being able to perform at a higher level is "very pathetic" and "disappointing".

Koepka had left the rival LIV Golf tour earlier this year to rejoin the PGA Tour. As a result of his decision, he missed out on an estimated $85 million in potential earnings and was limited to participating in certain events.

Despite his frustrations with his performance, Koepka has enjoyed his time back on the PGA Tour, calling it "great" and saying that he feels "fantastic". He plans to continue playing, including participating in DP World Tour events overseas.
