The NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race at Richmond was postponed due to rain last night, but resumed today with Shane van Gisbergen claiming the pole position in his No. 7 HendrickCars.com truck.

Van Gisbergen led the opening two laps of the race, battling hard against Kaden Honeycutt before ultimately yielding to him. Van Gisbergen went on to secure a runner-up finish in Stage 1 and finished sixth in Stage 2 after a late incident that saw his truck kiss the wall.

Meanwhile, Honeycutt dominated the early stages of the race, sweeping both stages with ease. As the field prepared for the final stage, he set his sights on victory lane, but Layne Riggs was gaining momentum late in the going.

In an attempt to win the race, Grant Enfinger stayed out on the track during a caution period, hoping to make it to the end. However, Honeycutt and van Gisbergen were able to retake their positions after pit stops. Following a restart with 35 laps remaining, Honeycutt reclaimed the lead and never looked back.

Honeycutt led a total of 226 laps throughout the day, securing his second career NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series victory and his second win of the 2026 campaign.
